Mental coaching is a process, it has taken you years to get to where you are today. Meaningful change is absolutely possible and expected, but it is not necessarily instant and will take some time and work. Just like you cannot walk into a weight room, perform an exercise one time, and expect to see results, mental skills development will take time and I encourage you to commit to the full program to see the most effective results.
As Your Coach:
I agree to provide you with a meaningful online program that will help you reach your athletic and personal goals to the best of my ability. While I have seen incredible results coaching athletes (and fully expect that our time together will benefit you in multiple ways) I cannot offer any guarantee of results. I am a coach and that is what I do, I am not a psychotherapist, psychologist, or physician. I am not trained in diagnosing psychological or medical conditions. If any issues come up for you that should be addressed by a licensed therapist or physician, you agree to address the issue or situation with the appropriate professional. The online curriculum will challenge you, offer fresh perspectives, make requests (including assigning homework to be done on your own), and guarantee confidentiality (to the fullest extent of the law, so long as I do not fear your safety or the safety of others).
As the Client You Agree:
That you are motivated and committed to taking action in improving the mental side of your game. You realize anything less than intentional full participation will take away from your success. You accept full responsibility for yourself and any actions you take that might result from coaching. You agree that you are under the care of a physician and healthy enough to engage in coaching. You acknowledge that you can afford the coaching fees agreed upon and will pay for services participated in before the online program begins.
